AI Data Center Capacity Tracker

The Data Center Capacity Tracker will show the full AI data center pipeline: announced projects, permitted capacity, under-construction megawatts, energized megawatts, and compute-ready status. ComputeWatcher tracks announced MW separately from energized MW because announced capacity is not the same as available compute. The tracker includes project name, owner, developer, operator, location, power source, utility, expected energization date, and known customers.
